What do I wear? We recommend you wear old comfortable clothes and sturdy boots. Gloves are recommended.

Does it hurt? No. The benefit of Laser Tag is that there is no pain!

How much ammo will I need? We offer UNLIMITED shots with our Laser games. This comes as standard with your booking!

Is Laser Tag safe? Laser Tag is absolutely safe for your health. Our laser equipment is certified and recommended for worldwide use.

Does Laser Tag hurt your eyes? Laser Tag is safe for your eyes. In simple terms, the inferred technology used is in remote controls, which we use everyday to change the channels on your TV. You can be sure that the equipment will not harm your eyes.

Is laser Tag safe for children? Laser Tag is absolutely safe for children! All of our equipment has been thoroughly safety tested. We have the highest quality equipment on the market which have been approved for use across the world.

How do the Laser Rifle work? We have brand new semi-automatic Laser Tag Rifles. Semi- automatic means every time you pull the trigger one shot is fired. We also have upgrade options available to use on the day, this allows for a FULLY AUTOMATIC experience!!

Will my children be able to hold the Rifles? The Laser Rifles are designed to be easily useable. Most children have no issues operating them.

Do you host parties? Yes! Its easy to host a party with us. Just book in your players and make a note on the booking in page that its for a party. We can bring out your birthday cake (you must provide) and sing 'Happy Birthday' to the birthday guest!

How much are Pyro's?

Fully armoured gloves £8.00 - You get to keep these at the end of the party!

Smoke Grenades. - £4.00 each (Over 18’s only).

Flashbang Grenades. - £3.00 each (Over 18’s only).

Can I come on my own? YES! The groups are made up of similar age groups, so if you fancy joining us on your own there is always lots of people to talk to.

How old do you have to be? 6 years - 106 years! If you feel fit and able to join in we will always encourage you to come on down and join in a game! You never know, you may get hooked!

What if its raining? We will always carry on, what ever the weather! Unless we are advised not to due to unsafe weather conditions.

Is it expensive? Our prices are very competitive and we have tried to keep the cost down for you. We are the cheapest around for outdoor Laser Tag.

Do you accept cash and card payments? Yes, we can take payment by cash or card. American Express is not accepted.

How do I book in? All our bookings are online. We can book you in if you'd prefer, just call us on 01753 316 073.

What do I do if I get shot? The marshalling staff will explain the rules in detail when you arrive.

What if I one of my group can't make the day? Any player who doesn't make the day will be issued a credit note. This will be under the original booking they were booked in with.

How will the day run? Morning or Afternoon sessions can be booked. Please look at the 'Itinerary' page for details on how we will run the day.

What do I need to bring with me on the day? All the pre-filled in registration forms (we have extra's on the day if needed), Your booking confirmation, and vouchers if you have any, A packed lunch - extra snacks and drinks are available from the shop, suitable clothing for the weather conditions and a whole lot of energy!

Can anyone play? Yes! if you are over 6 years old you are more than welcome to join us. The only people we can not accommodate are pregnant women, anyone with heath issues that would be exacerbated whilst playing Laser Tag, anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We don't advise you participate if you have any pre-existing heart conditions or health concerns.

Do you provide lunch? As the sessions are only half days we do not offer food. There are however light snacks available from the shop. We recommend eating before or after your booked session.

Can I bring my own food and drink? Yes! You can bring your own refreshments and food. We encourage you to bring a birthday cake if your celebrating a birthday! NO ALCOHOL is permitted. We do have a shop onsite that sells cold drinks, snacks and a small selection of ice lollies!

Can I bring my dog? Due to the nature of the day, no animals are allowed onsite. This is to reduce the stress for them. Guide dogs will be accepted in, if they are kept on a lead and in the base camp.
