Terms and Conditions

1. Laser Tag is safe when ALL rules are followed at ALL times. Velocity Paintball/Velocity Laser take no responsibility for any injuries occurred when the player has breached the safety guidelines.
2. A safety briefing will take place before ANY player can participate in a game of Laser Tag. It is imperative that players listen carefully to the safety brief.
3. Safety equipment is to be kept ON AT ALL TIMES when on playing fields. If warnings are ignored, you will be asked to immediately leave the playing fields - THIS IS A SAFETY BREACH.
4. Safe shooting will be explained. These MUST be followed by ALL players to ensure everyones safety. Failing to obey these rules may result in a player ban.
5. Correct Footwear - old, flat, closed toe shoes/boots or trainers are recommended.
6. Old comfortable clothes - you will be given an overall to wear over your own clothes but we still do recommend wearing your old comfies!
7. Players aged 6 years and over only. Any player aged 6-17 needs a Registration form, to be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian, giving permission to play.
8. Similar aged groups will be put together to aid in safe game play. We will not split a group booking up. Adults may play with children if they are parents/guardians.
9. Morning and Full day players need to arrive at 0830 for a 0900 start to register. Afternoon players need to arrive at 1230 for a 1300 registration time.
10. Only pyrotechnics bought and sold ON THE DAY at Velocity Paintball / Velocity Laser are to be used on our playing fields. Any items taken away and attempted to be bought back and used will be confiscated and disposed of. This is to ensure safe and fair play.
11. Pyrotechnics are only for use and sale to persons over the age of 18 years. ID required to purchase.
12. All pre-paid items will be given to the group organiser at your check in time. They then become your responsibility to share out between your group.
13. All equipment rented will be safe and quality checked, Players are not to tamper or misuse any items that belong to Velocity Paintball/ Velocity Laser.
14. Velocity Paintball & Velocity Laser staff are First Aid trained and an up to date First Aid kit is always on site. Should you require any assistance please ask a member of staff.
15. Paintball & Laser games will carry on whatever the weather, so come prepared!
16. Credit places will be given for anyone unable to attend once booked in. They will be kept under the original booking name and are non transferable and non exchangeable towards goods. No refunds given.
17. If Velocity Paintball or Velocity Laser have to cancel your day due to severe weather conditions, a new date will be offered to re-book. No refunds will be issued as this is out of our control.
18. No equipment is to be taken from Velocity Paintball/ Velocity Laser. This would be seen by management as theft and all persons will immediately be reported to the authorities.
19. Velocity Paintball / Velocity Laser, take NO responsibility of lost, stolen or broken items bought from the shop once they have been purchased. (Unless a pyro malfunctions). Lockers are available to store valuables, these can be hired from the shop.
20. All visitors are asked to be courteous to the staff at Velocity Paintball/ Velocity Laser. Any physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without any refunds.
21. You will not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs and will disclose any prescribed drugs you are taking. No Alcohol or drugs are to be consumed onsite.
22. Although great care is taken to prevent loss, damage and injury, Velocity Paintball regretfully take no responsibility if any of the above occur.
23. Vehicles and personal contents are left at owners own risk.
24. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the basecamp area. A smoking area is located outside the main entrance.
25. By completing and signing the registration form at the beginning of your session, each player, parent/guardian agrees to the above Terms and Conditions.
